About AutoPay
AutoPay is a convenient way to ensure your monthly natural gas bill is paid automatically and on time. Each month your payment will be securely withdrawn from your checking, savings, or credit or debit card account when your bill is due.

Never miss a due date: Payments are made automatically on the 25th of the month.
Save time: No more calling the office to make a payment or logging into the portal every month to pay your bill.
Important Details
- Please allow up to two business days for AutoPay processing. To ensure your payment is made on time, submit your application by the 23rd, as bills are due on the 25th each month
- Billing Notice: You will still receive your monthly bill (paper or paperless) showing the amount that will be deducted. Learn how to enroll in paperless in our Pay Online section.
Pay Online
Online Payment
Payment for your bill is due on the 25th of each month. You can log into your IGU account to view your usage and more, or you can select QuickPay, where you can provide your account number, email address, or phone number and make a payment without viewing all account details.
Paperless Billing
For expedited billing, we recommend using our paperless billing system. Your bill will be emailed to you monthly and will be visible when you log in to your account.
How to Enroll in Paperless Billing
- Log in to your IGU account
- Select Communication Preference.
- Under Correspondence, select Email Statements.
- Select SMS Messaging for Text Notifications.
Budget Pay
About Budget Pay
Our Budget Pay Program is designed to give you consistent monthly bills and eliminate seasonal fluctuations in your natural gas charges. The program runs from June 1 to May 31.

How It Works
We calculate your monthly payment by reviewing your past 12 months of gas usage and estimating your annual cost. This amount is then divided into equal monthly payments. For new customers without 12 months of usage history, we will estimate your usage based on average consumption.
At the End of the Budget Pay Period
- Any remaining balance will be applied to your May statement, increasing your balance due.
- Any credit balance will be applied to future charges on your account.
- We will recalculate your budget pay each June and provide you with your new budget pay amount for the following year.
